Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations in the sales department. The Sales coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, preparing sales documents, handling client communication, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication abilities to assist both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations.
Maintain and update sales databases and customer records.
Communicate with clients regarding order status, deliveries, and queries.
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Schedule and follow up on client meetings, calls, and presentations.
Support in lead generation, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement/warehouse for timely stock availability.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence related to sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
