Sales Persistency Coordinator – Short JD

Role: Sales Persistency Coordinator

Industry: Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities

Monitor policy renewals and persistency ratios.

Follow up with customers for timely premium payments.

Coordinate with sales advisors/agents and managers for renewal cases.

Identify policies at risk of lapse and take corrective follow-up.

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Coordinate with internal departments for policy-related issues.

Support the sales team in achieving persistency and renewal targets.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in insurance, banking, sales coordination, or customer service preferred.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Strong customer-handling and coordination skills.
