Roles And Responsibility
- Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and maintain customer databases.
- Coordinate with the accounts, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.
- Track sales targets, pending orders, and customer requirements.
- Manage emails, calls, and other sales-related correspondence.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of pending tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist in day-to-day sales activities.
