Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients for inquiries, follow-ups, and order updates.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
Maintain sales data, records, and Excel trackers.
Track order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, operations, dispatch).
Handle email communication and basic client calls.
Assist in preparing sales reports and daily follow-up lists.
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
