Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Assist sales executives in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate with clients, distributors, and internal teams for order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
. Communication & Client Handling
Communicate fluently in Hindi, English, and Malayalam to handle clients across India.
Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with the sales team.
Support in follow‑ups for payments, collections, and after‑sales service.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
Track sales targets, achievements, and pending orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Malayalam (mandatory).
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum qualification: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 Years experience in sales coordination or customer service preferred.
Performance Indicators
Accuracy and timeliness of sales documentation.
Customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Achievement of sales support targets.
Efficiency in coordination between sales, logistics, and finance teams.
Min – Starting from Rs 18K per Month.

9.30 am to 6.30 pm
