Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, coordinating with distributors, processing orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and execution.

• Handle customer and distributor inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.

• Coordinate with distributors regarding orders, stock availability, dispatches, and payments.

• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.

• Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payment collection.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch, accounts, and production teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer details, and sales reports.

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues whenever required.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
