Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator for Mattress plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position is essential for coordinating with retail stores and managing customer interactions to support overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with retail stores to ensure effective communication and support.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers as needed.
- Track orders and manage dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp and calls with professionalism.
- Establish and maintain contact with B2B customers to drive sales.
- Assist with basic billing coordination and ensure accuracy.
- Follow up with customers regularly to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Maintain organization and discipline in managing daily tasks and responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in sales coordination or a related field
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRM tools
Other Skills: Strong follow-up skills, organized, and disciplined
