Job Title: Sales Coordinator (FMCG)

Location: Transport Nagar, Jaipur

Job Summary

The sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing orders, coordinating with distributors/retailers, tracking sales data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is critical in maintaining communication between the field sales team and internal

departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales executives and distributors for order processing

• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and MIS data

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance

• Handle order entry, invoicing, and dispatch follow-ups

• Communicate with clients/retailers regarding orders, deliveries, and queries

• Assist in planning promotions and schemes for products

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams

• Prepare sales presentations and reports for management

• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of FMCG sales processes

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, or any graduate)

• Up to 2 years of experience in sales support
