Sales Co-ordinator

1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

2. Creating and reviewing sales reports

3. Preparing quotes for potential customers and processing order requests

4. Keeping customers updated with relevant product information

5. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

6. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

7. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

8. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

9. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

10. Identify shortcomings and propose improvements

11. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

12. Ensure adherence to laws and policies

13. Any other task required to do as per superior instructions.
