- Experience in Tally, Making Invoice, E-Way bill, Delivery Challan - Experience of Export Documentations for example, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit, Packing List, Etc… - Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. - Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. - Send E-mail to clients. - Respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical machinery, providing technical information and pricing details. - Generate detailed quotations and proposals based on customer needs and specifications. - Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.
