Handle reservations, walk-ins, guest queues, and special requests
Maintain guest data, birthday records, feedback logs, and preference notes
Provide menu guidance, answer guest queries, and coordinate with servers
Maintain lobby/front desk cleanliness, ambiance, and guest movement flow
Ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience
1–2 years experience in front office/guest relations
Hotel/restaurant background mandatory
Excellent communication & grooming standards
