Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Renewal Executive to manage policy renewals across Term Insurance, Health Insurance, and Life Insurance. The role involves engaging with existing customers, ensuring timely premium renewals, improving customer retention, and achieving renewal and persistency targets. Candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers before policy due dates through Calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

• Handle renewals for Term Insurance, Health Insurance, and Life Insurance policies.

• Explain renewal benefits, policy features, premium details, and policy continuation advantages.

• Guide customers through online and offline premium payment processes.

• Resolve customer queries related to premium payments, policy renewal, grace period, reinstatement, and policy servicing.

• Follow up with customers to ensure successful premium collection and timely renewals.

• Achieve monthly renewal, persistency, and customer retention targets.

• Update customer interactions and payment status in CRM.

• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for smooth renewal processing.

• Maintain daily MIS and ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Insurance Renewal, Customer Service, Retention, Telecalling, or BFSI are preferred.

• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Insurance Renewal, Customer Service, Retention, Telecalling, Telesales, Policy Servicing, BFSI, or Customer Support will be preferred.

• Experience in Term Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or General Insurance is an added advantage.
