Job Description:

Vrisa Artha Mantra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding financial needs, and providing suitable financial solutions to support wealth creation and financial security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable financial solutions

• Assist clients with onboarding and documentation process

• Provide regular follow-ups and after-sales support

• Maintain client records and ensure proper coordination with internal teams

• Deliver excellent customer service and client satisfaction

• Support business growth through effective client engagement

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Client handling and relationship-building ability

• Basic knowledge of financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc.)

• Convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)

• Time management and organizational skills

Eligibility:

• Graduate specially in Finance field

• 1-3 years of experience in Finanace Field

Salary: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA + Incentives
