Job వివరణ

We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers to handle customer relationships through digital channels. The role includes understanding customer needs, providing banking solutions, and delivering a smooth digital banking experience. This is a great opportunity for freshers to start a career in banking sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via calls (inbound & outbound)
Understand needs and recommend suitable banking products
Resolve queries and complaints on time
Promote digital banking services
Maintain customer records in CRM
Build strong customer relationships and ensure retention
Achieve sales targets and cross-sell products

Process & Compliance:

Follow banking rules and guidelines
Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates

Eligibility:

Graduate (except B.Tech/BE)
Freshers or 0–1 year experience

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English mandatory)
Basic banking knowledge
Sales & customer handling skills
Basic computer/CRM knowledge

Language:
