• Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month (approx. ₹2.2 to ₹3.2 LPA depending on experience).

• Eligibility: freshers, or graduates in any stream.

• Language Skills: Good English communication paired with regional languages (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam

• Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Engagement: Connect with an assigned customer base through calls, emails, and chat.

  • Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and suggest matching financial or digital services.

  • Query Resolution: Address complaints and solve service requests within standard timelines.

  • CRM Management: Keep clear, accurate logs of all client touchpoints and discussions.
