Relationship Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Banking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day banking operations, assist customers with financial transactions, and ensure high standards of service delivery. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with account-related services, transactions, and inquiries

Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and other banking operations accurately

Promote banking products and services to customers

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Maintain proper documentation and records

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks

Age Limit: Maximum 25 years

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Required Skills:

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills

Basic understanding of banking processes (preferred)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a team environment

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
