Role Overview

We are hiring an Insurance Relationship Manager for a coordination and back-office focused role. The position involves managing client communication, supporting policy processing, and maintaining operational records. This role is suitable for candidates who prefer organized office work and relationship management over aggressive sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Coordination

• Manage and organize company-provided leads

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding lead status

2. Client Assistance

• Explain basic insurance product information when required

• Assist clients with policy-related queries

3. Documentation & Policy Processing

• Collect required documents from clients

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and processing

4. Renewal & Follow-up Support

• Assist in renewal reminders

• Maintain client records and support cross-selling opportunities when required

5. Back Office Operations

• Maintain records of leads, policies, and client details

• Update data in Excel or internal CRM systems

6. Reporting

• Maintain daily/weekly reports related to leads, documentation, and policy status

Additional Information

• Role is primarily coordination and back-office based

• Minimal calling required only for follow-ups or clarifications

• Additional coordination or administrative tasks may be assigned as needed
