Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients' financial goals and guide them regarding trading-related services.
Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and daily activities.
Achieve assigned business and client engagement targets.
Stay updated with market trends, trading concepts, and financial products.
Eligibility
Education: Any Graduate
Basic knowledge of Trading, Stock Market, and the Finance Sector is mandatory.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Preferred Candidates
