Real Estate Telesales Executive

VARS Builders is hiring a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive for our premium plotted development project, Aria Greens.

We are looking for energetic sales professionals with a passion for real estate and strong client-handling skills to drive site visits, customer engagement, and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound property sales enquiries

• Generate and follow up with leads from digital marketing campaigns and referrals

• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment benefits to clients

• Schedule and coordinate site visits

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

• Build strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (mandatory)

• Experience in plotted developments or residential sales preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to independently manage leads and close sales

• Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel preferred

• Must be comfortable with field sales and client meetings
