We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive with prior experience in real estate sales/telecalling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate qualified leads and close deals over the phone.
Make outbound calls to potential customers for real estate projects.
Explain project details, amenities, and investment benefits to clients.
Generate and nurture leads through telecalling, follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Minimum 6 months of telesales/telecalling experience (real estate experience preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English.
Ability to handle client queries and objections confidently.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at follow-ups.
