Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospects (cold calling) to promote properties and services.
Information Provider: Clearly explain property features, locations, prices, and amenities.
Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls from interested clients, addressing questions and concerns.
Coordination: Schedule and confirm property site visits with potential buyers.
Follow-ups: Maintain contact with leads to nurture interest and provide further details.
CRM Management: Accurately log calls, update customer records, and track progress in CRM software.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and hand off qualified leads.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal, listening, and persuasive skills.
Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
Technical: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Mindset: Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience: Prior telemarketing or real estate experience is often preferred, but freshers with strong communication may be considered.
