We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Associate for our Jaipur operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and driving project sales in the competitive Jaipur real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

ग्राहकों से नए लीड्स जनरेट करना और उन्हें प्रोजेक्ट की जानकारी देना

साइट विज़िट करवाना और प्रॉपर्टी फीचर्स समझाना

ग्राहकों की आवश्यकता समझकर सही प्रॉपर्टी की सलाह देना

प्रोजेक्ट प्रेज़ेंटेशन और नेगोशिएशन में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाना

सेल्स टार्गेट्स को समय सीमा में पूरा करना

CRM में लीड्स और फॉलो-अप अपडेट करना

मार्केट ट्रेंड्स, प्रतिस्पर्धी प्रोजेक्ट्स और कस्टमर डिमांड का विश्लेषण करना

क्लाइंट रिलेशनशिप बनाए रखना और पोस्ट-सेल सर्विस देना

मार्केटिंग टीम के साथ मिलकर promotional activities में भाग लेना

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred

Real estate sales में अनुभव (1–3 वर्ष) वरीयता

उत्कृष्ट कम्युनिकेशन और negotiation skills

Jaipur रियल एस्टेट मार्केट की समझ होना लाभदायक

Own vehicle और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस अनिवार्य

Sales-oriented personality और target-driven mindset

Strong follow-up and customer handling ability
