Real Estate Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance management.

• Support payroll coordination and leave management.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance resolution.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Administration

• Oversee office administration and facility management.

• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.

• Manage office assets, inventory, and procurement.

• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

• Handle travel arrangements, courier services, and front-office coordination.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR & Administration.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
