Job Title: Quality Analyst (International Voice Process)

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Salary: Up to ₹4.8 LPA (Depending on experience)

Shift Timings:

- Girls: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Male Candidates: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Rotational shifts, as per business requirement)

Transportation:

- Cab facility (Pick-up & Drop) is available.with travel allowances

Eligibility:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Quality Analyst experience in an International BPO is preferred for experienced candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor customer interactions and evaluate call quality.

- Provide feedback and coaching to agents.

- Prepare QA reports and maintain quality standards.

- Coordinate with Operations and Training teams.
