Job Role: Quality Analyst
Industry: BPO / Customer Support
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM6 days working
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (CTC)
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO environment
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, emails)
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and processes
Provide feedback and coaching to agents for performance improvement
Prepare quality reports and share insights with management
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Skills Required:
Strong analytical and evaluation skills
Good communication and listening skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of QA metrics and BPO quality processes
