We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team at Befound Networks Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2B Sales. The role offers ₹50000 - ₹50000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Looking for go-getters who can perform well under pressure.
- Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience in an international voice process.
- Experience should be from Collections, Sales, Retentions, or any target-based process.
- Employment gaps should not exceed 2–3 months.
- Maximum age: 38 years (applicable for QA, TL, and AM roles).
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role isPost Graduateand2 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a5 days workingweek during thenightshift.
