Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, consumables, tooling, and services as per production requirements.

• Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and supplier follow-ups.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.

• Develop and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, schedules, dispatches, and delivery commitments.

• Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.

• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.

• Maintain procurement records, supplier data, and customer communication logs.

• Prepare MIS reports related to purchases, supplier performance, and order fulfillment.

Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Commerce, or Business Administration.

  0-2 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Customer Support, or Supply Chain within manufacturing industries.
