We are looking for a Project Engineer_Boilers to join our team Par Techno-Heat P Ltd. The role offers In Hand Salary of Rs 30000 to Rs 40000 Per Month and involves managing Project Inquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals , making follow up and finalize the project deal after having One to One Technical meeting with the Customers related to Textile / Paper / Foods & Beverages/ Chem & Pharm / Rubber & Tyres / Dairy & Food Processing , Solvent Extraction Plant / Refineries Industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate potential inquiries for Boilers / Thermic Fluid Heaters / Hot Air Generator Projects from above mentioned Industries, prepare & submit techno-commercial proposals , making the vigorous follow up with Customer / Consultants, organizing One to One techno-commercial meetings and finalize the Project Deal , Manage the customers with a professional approach.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

• Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.

• Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 Working Days week during the General Shift .
