Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day business processes to ensure seamless workflow.

• Process Optimization: Identifying, improving, and auditing operational procedures to boost efficiency and productivity.

• Coordination: Acting as a bridge between departments (e.g., logistics, finance, sales) to facilitate communication and project delivery.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to track performance.

• Vendor/Client Management: Liaising with external stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Budgeting & Resources: Managing operational costs, resources, and inventory.

• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• equired Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in operations, logistics, or a similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and familiarity with ERP or operational software.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Problem-Solving: Capability to manage risks and resolve operational disruptions.
