Job వివరణ

We're hiring for Process Associate (Nigh Shift)

Location : Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad

Timing : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies.

- Ask relevant questions and gather required information.

- Record and maintain data accurately in Excel sheets.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

- Coordinate effectively with US clients and internal teams.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English).

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Ability to work in night shifts (US shift).

- Qualification: 10th, 12th, or Graduate (any stream).

- Experience: Freshers to 5 years of relevant experience (BPO/Voice process preferred).
