Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Role Objective
To generate and qualify leads, understand customer requirements, prepare proposals, coordinate with technical teams, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into solar projects. �
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
Qualify leads and maintain lead database in CRM.
Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings/site surveys.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records. �
Customer Interaction
Explain solar products, benefits, ROI, and government subsidies.
Understand customer energy requirements and business needs.
Address customer queries and provide timely responses. �
