Outbound Sales Executive

We are hiring for Tele Caller, Tele Sales Executive, Tele Sales Team Lead, and Tele Sales Manager roles. The candidates will be responsible for making inbound/outbound calls, explaining products or services to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM and achieving sales targets. Team Leads will manage and guide tele callers, monitor performance, provide training, and handle escalations, while the Tele Sales Manager will oversee the entire tele sales operation, develop sales strategies, manage team performance, and drive revenue growth. Candidates should have strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills with basic computer knowledge. Experience required: Tele Caller (0–2 years, freshers can apply), Tele Sales Executive (1–3 years), Team Lead (3–5 years with team handling), and Tele Sales Manager (5–8+ years in tele sales management). Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (MBA preferred for senior roles). Location: Mumbai. Employment Type: Full-Time.
