Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

•             Oversee end-to-end site operations, including sales, customer onboarding, and customer experience.

•             Support customers in moving goods in/out of the storage facility.

•             Ensure efficient execution of processes and compliance with company policies.

•             Maintain accurate records and documentation using Excel, Word, and customized software.

•             Drive new customer acquisition and retention through proactive engagement.

•             Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and operational challenges.

•             Monitor site performance, prepare reports, and share updates with the Business Head.

•             Supervise site operations during shifts and ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards are met.

Requirements

•             Any Graduate.

•             6–7 years of experience in warehouse, storage, or service industry.

•             Strong communication skills; fluent in English & Kannada.

•             Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and able to learn customized software.

•             Ability to work in shifts and adapt to operational requirements.

•             Must reside near Bagalur main road
