Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of iFix India, ensuring smooth functioning of service centres, repair operations, customer service, inventory The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, quality standards, and profitability.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of all iFix India service centres.
Store Report /Regular Monitoring/ Tickets/ Logins with CCTV Access.
Monitor daily productivity, quality, and service performance.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving escalated customer complaints promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience.
