Operation Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Inventory & Logistics Assistant to manage and support day-to-day inventory control, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment. This on-site role is essential to ensuring smooth operations across production, storage, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

 • Maintain accurate inventory records across all products and SKUs

 • Track inward and outward movement of stock

 • Coordinate with artisans, vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners

 • Manage packing, dispatches, and delivery timelines

 • Monitor stock levels and flag shortages or discrepancies

 • Assist with quality checks during receiving and dispatch

 • Maintain operational documentation (invoices, delivery challans, GRNs)

 • Support stock audits and inventory reconciliation

 • Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods coordination

Requirements & Skills

 • 0-1 years experience in inventory, logistics, or operations (preferred)

 • Strong organisational and time-management skills

 • High attention to detail and accuracy

 • Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

 • Ability to coordinate across teams and external partners

 • Self-driven and dependable

 • Interest in craft, design, or lifestyle brands is a plus
