Your Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship
● Be the single point of contact for all clients
● Build strong, friendly relationships
● Respond quickly to calls and WhatsApp through the working day
2. Operator Management
● Act as head over all site operators
● Manage their attendance, shifts and coordination
● Ensure operators log in daily on our OTU software
3. Plant Oversight & Reporting
● Track day-to-day plant functioning at each site
● Ensure test reports and preventive-maintenance (PPM) reports are prepared and sent on time
● Track chemical & consumable usage at each site (keep usage minimum)
4. Quotation & Costing
● Prepare O&M quotations using our standard format (we will train you)
5. Orders & Payments (very important)
● Track PR / PO / Work Orders for each client
● Follow up on pending payments until received
6. Business Development
● Prepare LinkedIn posts for the company
● Help bring in new civil and O&M contracts (WTP, STP, ETP)
7. Technology
● Use AI tools actively to work faster and smarter
