Operation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operational Executive to oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth service delivery at O.P. Jindal Global University. The ideal candidate should have strong operational management skills, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to handle client requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for service execution.

• Monitor service quality and maintain operational standards.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

• Prepare operational reports and maintain records.

• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Manage manpower deployment and attendance records.

• Support monthly closure activities and documentation.

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
