Monitor and manage security staff deployment and attendance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and security protocols.
Liaise with transporters, vendors, and clients for smooth operational flow.
Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and security reports.
Handle incident reporting, escalation, and resolution of operational issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and service quality.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and performance updates.
