Job Title: Sales & Online Order Executive

We are hiring for 2 positions at our flower store.

1. Sales / Customer Support Executive – 3 Vacancy only for Girls

• Handle customer calls and enquiries.

• Attend phone calls and take orders from customers.

• Provide online customer support.

• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, delivery and other requirements.

• Maintain good communication with customers.

2. Computer / Online Order Handler – 2 Vacancy

• Check and manage online orders.

• Handle orders received through online platforms.

• Update and maintain order details on the computer.

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.

• Ensure timely and accurate handling of online orders.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Smartphone and internet handling skills.

• Customer-handling skills.
