Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
· Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
· Maintain and update client information in the CRM system
· Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Support, Accounts) to ensure smooth service delivery
· Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
· Track client interactions, feedback, and service history
· Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining products/services
· Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)
· Prepare reports on client status, issues, and performance metrics
