About the Role:

We are looking for a NBD Executive to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, follow up with clients, and support new business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services

- Handle incoming queries and provide accurate information

- Maintain and update client database/CRM regularly

- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team for closure

- Share daily call reports with the reporting manager

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate in any stream

- Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English

- Confident phone presence and persuasive speaking skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data entry

- Prior telecalling/BPO experience preferred
