MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The Logistics MIS Executive is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing logistics-related data and reports. The role involves monitoring vehicle movements, tracking shipments, maintaining operational records, and providing accurate MIS reports to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Maintain records of vehicle dispatches, trips, and deliveries.

• Track shipment status and update management regularly.

• Monitor vehicle utilization and trip performance.

• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouses, and clients for operational updates.

• Prepare freight, billing, and expense reports.

• Verify LR, POD, invoices, e-way bills, and other logistics documents.

• Ensure timely submission of Proof of Delivery (POD).

• Maintain vehicle-wise and customer-wise performance reports.

• Update data in Excel, ERP, or logistics management software.

• Analyze operational data and identify delays or discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Accounts for billing and payment reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.

• Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis.
  

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF, SUMIFS)
