Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive NDR / Shiprocket & Logistics Executive to manage COD order confirmations, reduce RTO (Return-to-Origin), resolve delivery issues, and coordinate courier operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order fulfillment and maximize successful deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm COD orders before dispatch by verifying customer details, address, and order intent.

• Manage Shiprocket NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases and coordinate re-attempts for failed deliveries.

• Track shipments, monitor AWBs, and follow up on delayed or stuck orders.

• Coordinate with courier partners for escalations and delivery resolutions.

• Handle customer queries related to delivery, shipment status, and order issues.

• Maintain daily delivery, NDR, and RTO reports.

• Identify and report recurring delivery challenges, high-RTO areas, and suspicious orders.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi/Hinglish.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

• Comfortable using Shiprocket, CRM systems, and logistics dashboards.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Preferred

• Experience in E-commerce, Logistics, NDR, Courier Operations, or Order Fulfillment.

• Familiarity with Shiprocket, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ekart, or Bluedart platforms.
