Call customers for loan reminders (EMI follow-ups)
Handle collection-related work and ensure timely payments
Assist customers with loan queries and repayment details
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and payments
Generate leads for new loan products (cross-selling)
Achieve monthly targets

Basic computer knowledge
