Loan Lead Generation

We are looking for a persuasive and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team. Your primary objective will be to reach out to potential customers, introduce our loan products (Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans), and qualify interested leads for our sales managers.

Job Description (JD)

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate high-volume calls daily to prospective clients from provided databases to pitch various loan offerings.

Lead Qualification: Screen potential customers based on their financial needs, income eligibility, and credit requirements.

Database Management: Accurately update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with call outcomes, follow-up dates, and customer remarks.

Product Knowledge: Clearly explain interest rates, processing fees, and documentation requirements to resolve basic customer queries.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or document collection appointments for the field sales team or loan officers.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling quotas and weekly lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Graduate or Under-graduate (any stream).

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in outbound calling (experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a strong advantage).

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and Hindi. Professional phone etiquette is a must.

Convincing Power: Ability to handle objections calmly and keep the customer engaged.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with calling software or CRM tools.

Salary: Rs. 15,000 plus Incentives based on lead generation
