Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, generate quality leads, and support the sales team for IT training and certification programs. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to connect with corporate clients, students, and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.

• Identify potential clients and maintain lead databases.

• Coordinate with the sales and counseling team for lead follow-ups.

• Handle outbound and inbound lead generation activities.

• Research companies and candidates for training requirements.

• Maintain daily reports of leads, calls, and conversions.

• Build strong professional relationships with prospects.

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
