Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – LinkedIn Talent Sourcing

Job Summary

Shiz Technologies LLC is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our Staffing & Recruiting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with job seekers through LinkedIn, building relationships, and guiding qualified candidates through our enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other professional platforms.

• Search for candidates based on job titles, skills, location, education, and experience.

• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.

• Engage with candidates to understand their career goals.

• Explain Shiz Technologies' career support services and enrollment process.

• Schedule calls between interested candidates and the sales/counseling team.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in Excel or CRM.

• Achieve daily and weekly sourcing and outreach targets.

• Work closely with recruiters and the sales team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required Skills

• Experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong internet research and candidate sourcing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to build rapport with candidates.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, or Staffing.

• Experience in the US Staffing or Recruiting industry is an added advantage.
