Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team with coordination, documentation, and backend processes. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations and improving overall team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks
Maintain and update customer and lead data in CRM/Excel
Prepare reports, sales data, and MIS
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth process flow
Assist in documentation, proposal sharing, and follow-ups
Handle client queries and provide basic customer support
Track sales activities and ensure timely updates
Ensure data accuracy and proper record keeping
Required Skills:
Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, basic CRM tools)
Strong data management and organizational skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any stream
0–3 years of experience in sales support / backend / coordination
Freshers with good computer knowledge and communication skills can apply
