· Conduct live Video KYC sessions with customers in line with Regulatory guidelines.
· Verify customer identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) during the video call.
· Capture and record customer consent and ensure proper documentation.

· Review Video KYC sessions conducted by Makers for accuracy and compliance.
· Validate customer details against submitted documents and regulatory requirements.
· Identify gaps, errors, or potential fraud indicators and recommend corrective actions.
· Ensure timely reporting of exceptions and maintain audit trails.
· Provide feedback and training inputs to Makers for process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in KYC, AML, compliance, or audit functions (preferred).
· Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language proficiency).
· Attention to detail and ability to detect discrepancies.
· Familiarity with digital platforms and secure video conferencing tools.
