Job Responsibilities

1. Visit customers at their provided locations for Loan and Credit Card KYC.

2. Verify customer identity and address documents as per company guidelines.

3. Complete customer KYC and document verification processes.

4. Collect and verify required documents such as Aadhaar, PAN and other approved documents.

5. Coordinate with the bank, NBFC or credit card team for application processing.

6. Maintain daily visit reports and update customer application status.

7. Ensure accurate documentation and follow company compliance procedures.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills.

• Basic smartphone knowledge.

• Ability to travel within the assigned area.

• Customer handling skills.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, if required for the role.
